At Jetpilot, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your water sports adventures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free from wear or damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
